Terms of Service

1. The Service

GoAhead provides local search-rank tracking, geo-grid heatmaps, AI visibility analysis, reporting, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. You may not use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.

3. Credits, plans & payment

Scans and certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Prices are shown before you pay. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; unused subscription credits may not roll over unless stated in your plan.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or redistribute raw data in violation of our data providers’ terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others.

5. White-label & client reports

If you use white-label features to present reports to your own clients under your brand, you are responsible for your relationship with those clients and for complying with applicable laws in your reports.

6. Data accuracy

Ranking data reflects third-party search results at the time of a scan and can change quickly. We provide the data “as is” and do not guarantee specific rankings or business outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

GoAhead and its software, design, and content are owned by GoAhead Digital. You retain ownership of the business data and content you add. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAhead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; some data may be retained as required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
