• Account information — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, business name, and website when you sign up.
• Business & scan data — the business locations, keywords, and rankings you choose to track, and the results of scans you run.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service (e.g. sign-in times, error logs).
• Payment data — handled by our payment processors (Stripe / Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to run scans, generate reports and AI analysis, send you account and report emails, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

To deliver the Service we rely on trusted providers, including search-data providers (for live ranking data), our AI provider (to generate the white-labeled GoAhead AI analysis), email delivery, hosting, and payment processors. These providers process data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and scan data for as long as your account is active. You can delete scans and locations at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
