GoAhead Local Rank Tracker is an online software service. Nothing is shipped: everything you buy is delivered digitally, to your account, as soon as your payment is confirmed.
What you receive and when
- Credit packs — the credits are added to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Paid plans — the plan’s features unlock and its credits are added immediately. A plan is bought for 30 days and does not renew automatically.
- Invoice — a payment confirmation is emailed to you and your invoice can be downloaded any time from Billing in your dashboard.
If your payment is still being confirmed
Some payment methods (UPI, net banking) confirm a little later. If that happens, your credits or plan appear automatically once the payment provider confirms it — usually within a few minutes. If more than an hour has passed and nothing has arrived, email hello@goaheaddigital.com with your payment ID and we will sort it out.
Delivery area and currency
The service is available online worldwide. Prices are charged in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay.
Scans that fail
You are not charged for a scan that fails to complete: the credits reserved for it are returned to your account automatically.
